1. What DARIMARKET is
DARIMARKET is a members-only website and email newsletter that publishes sports and esports research, analysis, and commentary for sportsbook bettors aged 21 and over. It is opinion and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice, and nothing on the site is a guarantee, promise, or representation of any outcome.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the site. By entering you confirm this and that accessing this content is lawful where you are.
3. No wagers, no funds, no affiliation
We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers or trades, and we never hold your funds. Links to third-party sportsbooks (such as FanDuel and DraftKings) are provided for convenience only. We are not affiliated with any sportsbook; their terms, eligibility rules, and availability are theirs alone.
4. Your own risk
Any decision you make based on content here is yours. Sports betting involves risk, including loss of the amount you wager. Past performance, records, and confidence ratings are not predictions of future results. Confidence percentages are our subjective assessment, not probabilities.
5. Membership and billing
Paid memberships bill monthly through Stripe until cancelled. The $1 introductory offer covers seven days of Board access, after which the monthly rate applies. You can cancel any time via the link in your Stripe receipt; access continues through the period already paid. Refunds are at our discretion. One account per email address; accounts are not transferable.
6. Acceptable use
Don't share, resell, scrape, or redistribute member content. Don't use the site to break any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DARIMARKET and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, and total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: use the contact address on the site.
