Essential cookies (always on)

• dm_session: keeps you signed in. Set when you sign in; removed when you sign out.
• Referral source: a first-party cookie noting which site or campaign link brought you here, so we can see which channels work.
• dm_consent / dm_optin: remember your cookie choice and whether your region needs your OK first.

Advertising measurement (only with your OK where required)

We use the Meta pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It sets Meta cookies and tells Meta which pages you view here. When you create an account we also send Meta a hashed (unreadable) copy of your email and first name through Meta's Conversions API, so a sign-up can be matched to an ad. In the EU, the UK, Switzerland and California, none of this runs until you tap Accept. Everywhere else it runs unless you tap Decline.

Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies.

Changing your choice

Clear the dm_consent cookie in your browser (or clear this site's data) and the choice appears again on your next visit. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser settings or limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
