Baltimore beat Dallas 34-31 on a 56-yard Tyler Loop field goal as time ran out. The Cowboys jumped out 10-0 in the first quarter, and Derrick Henry answered with two short touchdown runs. Dallas then scored 15 straight points to lead 28-24 in the fourth. Lamar Jackson hit Matthew Hibner for the go-ahead score with 1:30 left, Brandon Aubrey tied it at 0:07, and a 27-yard catch by Zay Flowers set up Loop's winner. Seven DARIMARKET plays cashed on this game, all posted before kickoff.

What cashed

Ravens ML (-166 at DraftKings): CASHED

  • Our read: Dallas was missing S Malik Hooker, CB Cobie Durant and LB DeMarvion Overshown on a defense allowing 391.5 yards a game. Baltimore was without LT Ronnie Stanley and probably Flowers, so we kept expectations modest.
  • What happened: Baltimore won by 3. The Ravens ran for 192 yards on 38 carries, didn't turn it over and didn't allow a sack.
  • Worth watching: At -166 this was priced as a close game, and it was one. A clean, run-heavy game plan against a thin defense is the kind of spot we like on a moneyline.

Derrick Henry anytime TD: CASHED

  • Our read: Highest total on the slate at 53.5, Baltimore favored, and Henry is their short-yardage and red-zone back.
  • What happened: He scored from 4 yards out in the first quarter and from 3 in the second.
  • Worth watching: He got the goal-line carries, exactly as expected. When Baltimore is favored in a high total, his touchdown prop is worth a look.

ALT: Derrick Henry 70+ rushing yards: CASHED

  • Our read: Dallas was without Overshown and both starting safeties, Hooker and Locke. Losing Stanley hurt, so we dropped from the 89.5 main to 70+.
  • What happened: 26 carries for 89 yards, clearing 69.5 by 19.5. A 29-yard run in the third quarter set up a Chris Moore touchdown.
  • Worth watching: Short-yardage stuffs swing his total, so the cushion of an alt line did its job here.

Lamar Jackson over 39.5 rushing yards (-110 at DraftKings): CASHED

  • Our read: Dallas gives up 391.5 yards a game and had been gashed by mobile QBs both weeks. Without Stanley, more of the offense should run through Lamar's legs.
  • What happened: 6 carries for 50 yards, clearing by 10.5. His 21-yard run came on the drive that ended in Henry's first touchdown, and a 17-yard scramble opened the go-ahead drive.
  • Worth watching: This was one of our lower-confidence plays, and it landed. Big scrambles did the work on only 6 carries.

ALT: Lamar Jackson 25+ rushing yards: CASHED

  • Our read: Same read with cushion. He ran for 40 and 34 in his first two games, Dallas let Jaxson Dart (54) and Jayden Daniels (69) run wild, and Covers rated Dallas worst in defensive success rate.
  • What happened: 50 yards cleared 24.5 by 25.5.
  • Worth watching: Three straight mobile QBs have run well on Dallas. QB rushing alts against the Cowboys stay interesting.

Zay Flowers under 5.5 receptions (-157 at DraftKings): CASHED

  • Our read: First game back from a hamstring, and active didn't guarantee a full workload. Our model had him near 3.6 catches.
  • What happened: 5 catches on 6 targets, under by half a catch. Two of them came on the go-ahead drive and one set up the winning kick.
  • Worth watching: The workload limit never really showed up, and he was on the field for the biggest snaps. We'd want a confirmed snap limit before going back to this.

George Pickens over 59.5 receiving yards (-114 at FanDuel): CASHED

  • Our read: Pickens is Dallas's top outside target in a 53.5-total game, with Dallas projected to throw from behind.
  • What happened: 7 catches for 82 yards on a team-high 11 targets, clearing by 22.5.
  • Worth watching: Dak Prescott threw 40 times, and 11 went his way. That target share makes his yardage line worth a look in any high total.

How the game played out

Prescott threw for 276 yards on 40 attempts with no interceptions, and Dallas out-gained Baltimore 415 to 378. CeeDee Lamb's 49-yard catch opened a 96-yard touchdown drive in the fourth. The Cowboys' only turnover was a Jake Ferguson fumble in the third. Baltimore was stopped on downs twice, including once at the Dallas 4 early in the fourth.

Trends to watch

  • Henry had 26 carries and both goal-line touchdowns. His workload makes both his touchdown and alt rushing props worth watching.
  • Mobile QBs keep running on Dallas. QB rushing lines against the Cowboys stay on our list.
  • Pickens drew 11 of Prescott's 40 targets. When Dallas has to throw, he is the first read.
